Granting Dreams Foundation

She hails from Webster, NY and her name is Kate Lee. At the young age of 17, Kate Lee is musically gifted far beyond her years. Kate and her family were introduced to Granting Dreams during their trip to Nashville, TN for Kate's performance at the Blue Bird Cafe and the Commodore Club. She was thrilled to accept the challange to write a song for the Granting Dreams Foundation. The wheels were put into motion to begin writting about a very somber subject - terminal illness. Kate co-wrote this song with her dad, William, and titled the song "When You Dream". She has eloquently captured the emotions of one facing a life-threatening medical condition.
