Saundra Feels Beautiful

Saundra's request came into us through a Hospice referral. Saundra, 64, who has cancer and legally blind, is a local Nashville, TN resident. She had indicated to her social worker that she would love an Elizebeth Arden makeover and a facial so that she could once again feel beautiful and special.

Granting Dreams put the wheels into motion to create a relaxing day for Saundra. Although the day was overcast and grey, spirits and anticipation were anything but as the limo pulled up in front of the home to wisk Saundra and her sister away to one of several stops for the day.

First stop of the day was at the Falling Waters Bodyworks Spa where Saundra was treated to a wonderful facial using all natural elements to give her skin a soft wonderful glow. After her relaxing facial, they were transported to the Peebles Department Store in Oakwoods Commons where Saundra and her sister were greeted by the store manager, Jeremy; the founder of Granting Dreams, Linda and Peebles beauty consultant, Bettsy. Saundra always loved Elizabeth Arden makeup so that is what was used for her makeover. She looked stunning and felt radiant after Bettsy carefully coordinated her colors. Another surprise popped up when Saundra was presented her gift directly from the Elizebth Arden Corporation...a large beautiful pink box stocked full of makeup, brushes and parfume!

Feeling beautiful and pampered, Saundra and her sister were then taken to the last stop of the day...Ellendales Restaurant on Old Elm Hill Pike where owner, Carol, ensured their luncheon was exquisite! What a wonderful close to a wonderful day!
